The makers of MasterFoods have created this irresistibly smooth and creamy Hollandaise finishing sauce.

Expertly blending butter and eggs with a dash of vinegar.

Simply Heat and Pour MasterFoods Hollandaise Finishing Sauce over grilled salmon and vegetables or Eggs Benedict.

Ingredients

Water, Egg Yolk 13%, Thickener (Modified Cornstarch), Vegetable Oil (contains Antioxidant (Butylated Hydroxyanisole)), Clarified Butter 5% (contains Milk), Buttermilk, Onion, Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Yeast Extract, Flavour (contains Milk), Salt, White Wine Vinegar 0.5%, Food Acid (Lactic), Garlic, Colour (Annatto).

Usage Instructions

Microwave CUT- Cut corner where indicated. HEAT- Place pouch in microwave and heat for 40 seconds (1000 W*). SERVE- Take care as contents will be hot. *For different powered microwaves, adjust heating time according to manufacturer's instructions. Stove Top Pour sauce into a small saucepan, stirring until warm. DO NOT BOIL.

Storage Instructions

Refrigerate after opening. Use within 3 days.
